- Differential Pressure Dry Leak Test Machine
The dry leak testing machine is used to test all types of Radiators and Oil Coolers during the manufacture phase. The system is fed with the leakage rate limits (as provided by the customer) and uses this to quantify the performance of the test component. The machine is fully automatic and stores the performance of each test piece.
- Oil Cooler Burst Pressure Test Rig
The Oil Coolers are tested upto a pressure of 30bar in this test rig. The machine starts from atmospheric pressure to the required test pressure, at which point the pressure is held for a specified time and then released to complete the cycle. The machine is fully automatic and stores the performance of each test piece.
- Wind Tunnel Test Rig
The Wind Tunnel is used to test heat transfer performance of Radiators & Intercoolers in isolation as well as in assembly condition.
- Vibration Test Rig
The vibration machine is used to check Radiators, Intercoolers and Oil Coolers for vibration in all 3 axis.
The machine is fully automatic with computer controlled. The test records are stored and test summary is plotted in a graphical format.
- Parking Brake Control Lever Assembly Endurance Test Rig
This test rig is used to conduct endurance testing of Parking Brake Control Lever Assembly to detect wear and tear of the ratchet and pawl; to check for cracks, distortion, deformation, or slippage during durability testing under a certain load for 100,000 cyclic operations.
- Break/Clutch Pedal Assembly Endurance Test Rig
This test rig is used for the fatigue testing of brake pedal weld joints, return spring and brake switch.
