Kaizen Competition
S.M.Auto participated in the 4th BAVA Inter-cluster competition in April 2016 at Hotel Le Meridian, Pune. There were 30 different companies in attendance each presenting their kaizen initiatives for the year gone by.
SM Auto presented their actions in helping to eliminate hidden loss in the production are to help streamline the process flow and reduce operator fatigue. Further, a kaizen focusing on water conservation in the plating plant was also presented.
